MTL has less particle, noise, and vibration in a magnetic levitation method using magnetic polarity.

MTL can be manufactured with Customer Order Made from 300mm based on Stroke.

MTL is a ball screw driving method, and the motor type is driven by the AC motor, and position control is possible using the position sensor. 

Manual Type can be moved manually.

Sample holder is not included in the product, and detailed control should be carried out by the customer company.
