It is a valve that is mainly used in high vacuum pumps (Turbo, Cryo, Diffusion Pump) and withstands reverse pressure. 


The principle of operation is that the air cylinder moves the plate inside the valve to the sealing area with the first stage

 using the two stage method and then the plate is obliquely raised to the second stage to seal the valve.

Pneumatic Type is Air Close (0%) or Open (100%) and Manual Type operates the valve by hand.
